    • Mixed Playdowns at Columbus; 9 teams registered
    • No Junior teams registered
    • 2012 Playdown hosts
      • Men’s and Women’s at Cleveland Skating Club January 20-22, 2012
      • Mixed at Detroit February 3-5, 2012
      • Juniors, December 29-30, t.b.d.
    • Proposed Rotation 2012-16
    • Clean-up revisions to GLCA Playdown Guidelines

7. GLCA Loaned Stones Program     Tom Seitz

    • 2 sheets loaned to Indian Hill Winter Club 2009-2011.
    • Are there any requests for loaned stones next season?
    • Proposed GLCA Loaned stone Agreement; thanks to Sandra for drafting.
    • Should the GLCA try to acquire additional loaner stones.

8. Distribution of GLCA Club Reps     Gord McClean

    • Discuss equitable number of reps per club based on club membership

9. USCA Report     Paul  Badgero & Gordon Maclean

    • Proposed USCA By-law changes reduce Board size and abandons Regional representation.
